摘 要:现有低压三相用电客户计量用的三相智能电能表,能监测、记录电源电压值,但当电源电压异常时,无法实现分闸保护。基于上述问题,文章提出用于低压三相智能电能表电压异常保护的方案。该方案通过低压三相智能电能表监测电源侧各相实时电压,把监测结果与设定的电压阀值相比较,存在电压异常时智能电能表根据异常程度分别发出电压偏差警报信号和费控开关分闸信号,触发报警或费控开关跳闸,从而实现用电客户低压三相系统负荷侧设备保护。根据用电客户日常实际用电需求,可忽略低压三相系统瞬态电压异常情况,因此该电压异常保护功能仅针对电压偏差过大甚至缺相进行保护。现时低压三相用电客户想实现电压异常保护,需要客户自行安装电压异常保护装置。与客户自行安装的电压异常保护装置相比,本方案具有节约用电客户配电设备额外资金投入、节省额外空间、降低额外接线工作量及提升智能电能表自动化水平等优点。该技术在实际应用中更具价值与开发潜力。The existing three-phase intelligent electricity meter used by low-voltage three-phase electricity customers can monitor and record the voltage value of the power supply,but when the power supply voltage is abnormal,the switch protection cannot be realized.based on the above problems,a scheme for low voltage three-phase intelligent electricity meter is proposed.the scheme through the low voltage three-phase intelligent watt-hour meter monitoring power side phase real-time voltage,the monitoring results and the voltage threshold set,intelligent voltage meter abnormal voltage deviation alarm signal according to the abnormal degree and cost control switch switch signal,trigger alarm or cost control switch trip,so as to realize electricity customer low voltage three-phase system load side equipment protection.according to the actual electricity demand of electricity customers in daily life,the transient voltage abnormality of the low-voltage three-phase system can be ignored,so the abnormal voltage protection function only protects the excessive voltage deviation or even phase deficiency.at present,low-voltage three-phase electricity customers want to achieve voltage abnormal protection,customers need to install voltage abnormal protection devices.compared with the voltage abnormal protection device installed by the customer,this scheme has the advantages of saving the additional investment of power distribution equipment,saving extra space,reducing the additional wiring workload,and improving the automation level of smart electricity meter.the technology has more value and development potential in practical application.
