摘　　要：三门核电有限公司屏蔽主泵定子挡板与泵壳之间采用上部C型密封环设计,与传统的压水堆轴封主泵相比具有零泄漏的优点,而屏蔽主泵设计60 a不解体,故上部C型密封环的安装质量是保证零泄漏的关键。文章介绍了三门核电屏蔽主泵上部C型密封环焊接定位装置的要求、设计方案与其可行性分析及操作工艺。Sanmen Nuclear Power Co.,Ltd.adopts an upper C-shaped sealing ring design between the stator baffle and pump casing of the shielded main pump,which has the advantage of zero leakage compared to traditional pressurized water reactor shaft sealed main pumps.The shielded main pump design does not disassemble,so the installation quality of the upper C-shaped sealing ring is the key to ensuring zero leakage.The article introduces the requirements,design scheme,feasibility analysis,and operation process of the welding positioning device for the C-shaped sealing ring on the upper part of the shielded main pump in Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant.
