中速辊式磨煤机石子煤增多的原因分析

摘　　要：国能宿州热电有限公司5号、6号机组为2×350MW燃煤机组,共配置有10台ZGM95G-Ⅱ型中速辊式磨煤机(北京电力设备总厂制造)。配有中速辊式磨煤机的制粉系统在长期的运行过程中,由于煤质变化、设备磨损、负荷波动等一系列原因,导致了石子煤排放量增多、磨煤机出力及制粉效率下降的问题,给公司造成了极大的经济损失。同时过多的石子煤排放量也增加了维护人员的工作强度,污染了现场环境,影响了机组的安全运行。针对本机组石子煤增多的问题,文章通过对运行情况的分析和检修问题的总结,客观分析了其原因并提出对策,以期为公司的经济发展贡献微薄之力。Units 5 and 6 of Guoneng Suzhou Company are 2 units×A 350 MW coal-fired unit is equipped with ten ZGM95G-Ⅱmedium speed roller mills(manufactured by Beijing Electric Power Equipment Factory).The pulverization system equipped with a medium speed roller coal mill has caused significant economic losses to the company due to a series of reasons such as changes in coal quality,equipment wear,and load fluctuations during long-term operation,resulting in an increase in the emission of coal particles,a decrease in the output and pulverization efficiency of the coal mill.At the same time,excessive emissions of coal particles also increase the labor intensity of maintenance personnel,pollute the on-site environment,and affect the safe operation of the unit.In response to the problem of increased coal consumption in this unit,this article objectively analyzes the reasons and proposes countermeasures through the analysis of operating conditions and the summary of maintenance problems,in order to contribute to the company’s economic development.
