摘 要:火力发电厂的煤耗的计算方法分为正反平衡两种,正平衡是宏观的,反平衡是微观的。正平衡法就是计算用了多少标煤,供出单位电量。输出的电量容易采集,而输入的热值(煤量×低位发热量)不容易精确计算。一方面,煤的低位发热量需取样做试验,不可能实时获得,只能以某一批次的煤取样的结果作代表。煤的热值测量有相应的标准,但取样却存在不确定性。煤的热值作为最基础的数据,如果不准确,则会使计算得出的煤耗没有意义,这与计量地点和手段有关,所以用反平衡来校验就显得尤为重要。The calculation methods for coal consumption in thermal power plants can be divided into two types:positive balance and negative balance.Positive balance is macro level,while negative balance is micro level.The positive balance method is to calculate how much standard coal is used and how much electricity is supplied per unit.The output electricity is easy to collect,while the input calorific value(coal quantity)×It is not easy to accurately calculate the low heating value.On the one hand,the low calorific value of coal needs to be sampled for testing and cannot be obtained in real-time.The results of coal sampling from a certain batch can only be used as a representative.There are corresponding standards for measuring the calorific value of coal,but there is uncertainty in sampling.The calorific value of coal is the most basic data,and if it is not accurate,it will make the calculated coal consumption meaningless;This is related to the measurement location and method,so it is particularly important to use counterbalance for verification.
