摘  要:渝鄂直流背靠背联网工程是目前世界上电压等级高、输送容量大、功能最全的柔性直流工程。渝鄂联网安全稳定控制系统由渝鄂直流背靠背联网工程南通道安全稳定控制系统(施州换流站)和渝鄂直流背靠背联网工程北通道安全稳定控制系统(宜昌换流站)两部分组成,覆盖西南和华中地区。该系统主要解决施州/宜昌换流站直流双极闭锁引起的频率问题和长南线静稳破坏问题以及西南和华中主网异步运行后的系统低频越限问题,采取切机或调制相关直流功率的控制措施。文章介绍了渝鄂直流背靠背联网工程安全稳定控制系统的架构设计、配置、控制策略以及新技术。该系统自投运后,已正确动作多次,保证了西南和华中电网的安全稳定运行。Chongqing-Hubei Back-to-Back HVDC Project is a flexible DC project with high voltage level,large transmission capacity and the most complete functions in the world.The security and stability control system(SSCS)for Chongqing-Hubei HVDC consists of SSCS of the South Channel of Chongqing-Hubei HVDC(Shizhou Converter Station)and the SSCS of the North Channel of Chongqing-Hubei HVDC(Yichang Converter Station),and it covers southwest and central China.The system mainly helps solve the frequency problem caused by DC bipolar lockout of Shizhou/Yichang converter station,the static stability failure problem of Changnan Line,and the problem of system low frequency out of limit after asynchronous operation of the southwest and central China main power grids.It mainly adopts the control measures of tripping generator or modulating relevant DC power.This paper introduces the structure design,system configuration,control strategy and new technique of SSCS for Chongqing-Hubei HVDC.Since being put into operation,the system has operated correctly for many times,ensuring the safe and stable operation of the southwest and central China power grids.
