摘　　要：文章介绍了某110 kV变电站主变油色谱例行试验中发现油中乙炔超标的情况,停电后对变压器进行相关试验,从相关试验数据分析出变压器内部绕组变形,存在电弧放电,并对变压器解体进行了验证,分析出变压器内部故障的原因,提出了防止变压器故障的措施。The article introduces the situation where acetylene in the oil exceeded the standard during the routine test of the oil spectrum of the main transformer in a 110 kV substation.After the power outage,relevant tests were conducted on the transformer.Based on the analysis of relevant test data,it was found that the internal winding of the transformer was deformed and there was arc discharge.The dismantling of the transformer was verified,and the reasons for the internal faults of the transformer were analyzed.Measures to prevent transformer faults were proposed.
