摘 要:文章基于国能锦界能源有限责任公司省煤器输灰系统优化改造项目,参考九江电厂、陈家港电厂等案例进行分析,设计基于先导式低压节能单元流化气力输送系统的优化改造方案。结果表明,通过加装先导式低压节能单元流化气力输送系统、安装自动成栓阀专用伴气管道等,并对原有控制系统进行优化后,输灰系统均未出现堵管现象,节气率明显提升,节能效果显著,为企业节约了大量的能源。The article is based on the optimization and renovation project of the economizer ash conveying system of Guoneng Jinjie Energy Co.,Ltd.,with reference to cases such as Jiujiang Power Plant and Chenjiagang Power Plant for analysis,and designs an optimization and renovation plan based on a pilot type low-pressure energy-saving unit fluidized pneumatic conveying system.The results showed that by installing a pilot type low-pressure energy-saving unit fluidized pneumatic conveying system,installing a dedicated gas tracing pipeline for automatic plug valves,and optimizing the original control system,the ash conveying system did not experience pipe blockage,the throttle rate was significantly improved,and the energy-saving effect was significant,saving a lot of energy for the enterprise.
