摘　　要：文章从电梯系统的传统运维入手,阐述了基于物联网技术的电梯智能监管运维方法,利用远程监控采集电梯的数据,实时上传到自主研发跨品牌的电梯智慧感知平台,了解电梯的运行状态和数据传输情况,建立电梯档案,实现一个平台对不同品牌电梯的实时运行状态进行监控。采用平台+手机端+运维人员的方式,对电梯运行状态进行24 h全方位的远程监控,使监管部门、维保公司、物业公司、电梯管理人员足不出户,就能掌握电梯实时运行状态。Starting from the traditional operation and maintenance of elevator systems,this article elaborates on the intelligent supervision and maintenance method of elevators based on Internet of Things technology.By using remote monitoring to collect elevator data and upload it in real-time to the self-developed cross brand elevator intelligent perception platform,the article understands the operation status and data transmission of elevators,establishes elevator archives,and realizes a platform to monitor the real-time operation status of different brands of elevators.By adopting a platform+mobile phone+operation and maintenance personnel approach,the elevator operation status can be remotely monitored 24 hours in all directions,enabling regulatory departments,maintenance companies,property management companies,and elevator management personnel to grasp the real-time operation status of the elevator without leaving their homes.
