摘 要:电梯作为现代城市中不可或缺的垂直运输工具,其日常的安全和高效运行至关重要。而电梯维护的效率和安全性则直接影响到电梯的可靠性和使用寿命。为了探索数据分析在电梯维护中的应用潜力,并评估其在优化维护过程中的实际作用,文章介绍了当前电梯维护的现状及面临的挑战,分析了当前电梯维护方法存在的局限性,展示了如何有效收集和处理电梯运行及维护数据的方法,并探讨了可能适用的数据分析方法和相应的计算模型。最后介绍了基于数据分析的维护策略在提高维护效率、降低故障率和实现成本节约方面的效果,并阐述了数据分析在电梯维护中可能面临的挑战。As an indispensable vertical transportation tool in modern cities,elevators are crucial for their daily safe and efficient operation.The efficiency and safety of elevator maintenance directly affect the reliability and service life of elevators.In order to explore the potential application of data analysis in elevator maintenance and evaluate its practical role in optimizing maintenance processes,the article first introduces the current status and challenges of elevator maintenance,and analyzes the limitations of current elevator maintenance methods.Secondly,methods for effectively collecting and processing elevator operation and maintenance data were demonstrated,and possible applicable data analysis methods and corresponding computational models were explored.Finally,the effectiveness of data analysis based maintenance strategies in improving maintenance efficiency,reducing failure rates,and achieving cost savings was introduced,and the potential challenges that data analysis may face in elevator maintenance were elaborated.
