摘 要:文章针对沿海地带变电站敞开式设备瓷瓶污闪严重、带电水冲洗效果不佳、人工清洁费时费力的问题,提出了利用自动化机器代替人工的方法。通过模拟人工360°同时清洁,并适当增大摩擦力的做法,对敞开式设备瓷瓶自动清洁装置进行了设计、制造和应用,替代人工登高作业,使瓷瓶清洁更加安全、高效。研究表明,该装置能够安全高效清除瓷瓶表面的污垢,无需人工攀爬,提高设备的电气性能、可靠性和工作的安全性。The article proposes a method of using automated machines instead of manual cleaning to address the problems of severe porcelain bottle pollution flashover,poor flushing effect with charged water,and time-consuming and labor-intensive manual cleaning in coastal substations.By simulating manual 360°simultaneous cleaning and increasing friction appropriately,an automatic cleaning device for open equipment porcelain bottles has been designed,manufactured,and applied to replace manual high-altitude operations,making porcelain bottle cleaning safer and more efficient.Research has shown that this device can safely and efficiently remove dirt from the surface of porcelain bottles,without the need for manual climbing,improving the electrical performance,reliability,and safety of the equipment during operation.
