摘  要:燃煤电厂原煤斗越来越难以满足安全生产的要求,主要是由于原煤斗内易蓄热,热量大,难以释放,灭火难度大,且煤炭的低温氧化、热量积聚过多易发生自燃现象,对电厂安全运行产生严重影响。针对此类问题,利用温度传感器研发原煤斗智能监控系统,对原煤斗各个高度及方位的温度进行监控,远程监控原煤斗,可有效避免煤粉自燃、温度过高等安全事故的发生。文章针对某电厂原煤斗智能监控系统的研究与应用进行了分析。It is more and more difficult for coal power plants to meet the requirements of safe production,mainly because the raw coal bucket is easy to accumulate heat,the heat is difficult to release,the fire is difficult,and the low-temperature oxidation of coal and excessive heat accumulation are prone to spontaneous combustion,which has a serious impact on the safe operation of power plants.In response to such problems,the use of temperature sensors to develop raw coal fighting intelligence monitoring system,the raw coal bucket temperature monitoring at each height and orientation,remote monitoring of raw coal bucket,can effectively avoid the occurrence of coal spontaneous combustion,high temperature safety accidents.Therefore,this paper analyzes the research and application of the monitoring system for raw coal fighting intelligence in a power plant.
