摘  要:近年来,随着交流金属封闭开关设备在配电网上的广泛使用,铜材的使用量巨大,全球能源紧张,受国家环保政策影响,积极提倡绿色能源,节能降耗。目前,采用新材料替代传统铜排已成为发展趋势,铜铝复合排以良好的导电性、自重轻、良好的力学性能、良好的延展性和可靠性、最佳的经济性成为铜排的最佳替代品,多种试验数据显示在交流金属封闭开关设备上应用良好,稳定可靠,节能,使交流金属封闭开关设备作为一种新型电力节能产品。In recent years,with the widespread use of AC metal enclosed switchgear in power distribution networks,the amount of copper used is huge,and global energy is scarce.Influenced by national environmental protection policies,green energy is actively promoted to save energy and reduce consumption.At present,the use of new materials to replace traditional copper bars has become a development trend.Copper aluminum composite bars have become the best substitute for copper bars due to their good conductivity,light weight,good mechanical properties,good ductility and reliability,and the best economy.Multiple experimental data shows that they are well Applied,stable,reliable,and energy-saving in AC metal enclosed switchgear,making it a new type of energy-saving product for power.
