摘  要:电力企业对于推动国民经济的发展发挥了重要的作用,电力营销管理是企业管理工作的重点,工作质量对企业的长远稳定发展有直接影响。现如今随着社会经济的飞速发展及电力体制改革的持续深入,电力企业需要加强对营销管理工作的重视,及时更新工作理念,结合市场发展需求,对电费电价进行合理调控,确保电力营销管理的科学性和可行性,这样才能有效提高企业的综合竞争实力及营销管理水平,为企业的稳定发展提供保障。文章重点探讨了电力营销管理过程中电费电价的分析方法,并结合相关问题提出了有效解决措施。Electric power enterprises have played an important role in promoting the development of the national economy,and power marketing management is the focus of enterprise management work.The quality of work has a direct impact on the long-term stable development of enterprises.With the rapid development of the social economy and the continuous deepening of the power system reform,power companies need to strengthen their attention to marketing management,update their work concepts in a timely manner,combine market development needs,and reasonably regulate electricity prices to ensure the scientific and feasible nature of power marketing plans.Only in this way can they effectively improve their comprehensive competitive strength and marketing management level,and provide guarantees for the stable development of enterprises.In view of this,this article focuses on exploring the analysis methods of electricity bills and prices in the process of power marketing management,and proposes effective solutions based on relevant issues.
