摘　　要：智慧档案馆是数字档案馆的延续和升华,二者的根本差异在于档案信息感知与协同处置能力的强弱,具体表现为智慧档案馆在知识管理视角上的变化。智慧档案馆的知识管理是对现有知识的持续开发和创新,核心在于针对数据集中有效、新颖、具有潜在价值和可理解性子集的识别,使用现有知识来解决新问题或创建新解决方案的能力,以及对知识形式、内容、意义的再生产。智慧档案馆的知识管理需要洞察数据价值,提升档案数据“智性”;保障知识利用,发挥档案知识“智用”;升级档案资源,彰显档案生命“智效”。Smart archives represent the evolution of digital archives,with a focus on enhanced information perception and collaborative processing capabilities.The key difference between the two lies in the approach to knowledge management,where smart archives are the continuous development and innovation of existing knowledge with the core focus on identifying effective,novel,potentially valuable,and understandable subsets of the dataset,the ability to use existing knowledge to solve new problems or create new solutions,and the reproduction of knowledge form,content,and meaning.In order to effectively manage knowledge in smart archives,it is essential to recognize the value of data and improve the intelligence of archive information.This involves utilizing knowledge efficiently and leveraging archival knowledge intelligently to address new challenges.Additionally,updating archive resources is crucial to demonstrate the efficiency of archive life in a smart archive environment.
