康妇消炎栓配合口服妇科千金胶囊对慢性盆腔炎患者阴道微环境及炎性细胞因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析康妇消炎栓配合口服妇科千金胶囊对慢性盆腔炎患者阴道微环境及炎性细胞因子水平的影响。方法:选择本院2020年1月至2023年11月就诊的64例慢性盆腔炎患者,根据简单随机分组将病人分为口服药组(给予妇科千金胶囊口服治疗)和消炎栓组(在口服药组的基础上给予康妇消炎栓配合),每组患者各32例,两组均持续治疗2 w,比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后的阴道微环境变化、血清炎症因子水平变化、不良反应发生率。结果:消炎栓组和口服药组治疗后有效率分别为93.75%、75.00%,与口服药组与之相比,消炎栓组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);消炎栓组的阴道微环境PH值小于口服药组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);消炎栓组治疗2 w后血清炎症因子水平较口服药组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);消炎栓组和口服药组的不良反应发生率分别为15.62%、21.88%,二者相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:康妇消炎栓配合口服妇科千金胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎,具有较好的临床疗效,可以明显地改善患者的阴道微环境,减少炎性细胞因子的含量。Objective:To explore and analyze the effects of Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository combined with oral gynecological Qianjin Capsules on the vaginal microenvironment and inflammatory cytokine levels in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:Sixtyfour patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease who visited our hospital from January 2020 to November 2023 were randomly divided into an oral medication group(treated with gynecological Qianjin capsules)and an anti-inflammatory suppository group(treated with Kangfu anti-inflammatory suppository in addition to the oral medication group).There were 32 patients in each group,and both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,changes in vaginal microenvironment before and after treatment,changes in serum inflammatory factor levels,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rates of the anti-inflammatory suppository group and the oral medication group after treatment were 93.75%and 75.00%,respectively.Compared with the oral medication group,the anti-inflammatory suppository group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The pH value of the vaginal microenvironment in the anti-inflammatory suppository group was lower than that in the oral medication group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After 2 weeks of treatment,the serum inflammatory factor levels in the anti-inflammatory suppository group decreased compared to the oral medication group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the anti-inflammatory suppository group and the oral medication group were 15.62%and 21.88%,respectively,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository combined with oral gynecological Qianjin Capsule has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,which can significantly improve the
