宣痹通脉汤联合阿替洛尔治疗急性心肌梗死气虚血瘀证的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨急性心肌梗死(Acute myocardial infarction,AMI)气虚血瘀证患者采用宣痹通脉汤联合阿替洛尔治疗的临床效果。方法:纳入2021年1月至2022年12月在本院接受治疗的70例AMI气虚血瘀证患者。随机将其分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组采用阿替洛尔治疗;观察组在对照组基础上联合宣痹通脉汤治疗。分析比较两组中医证候评分、心功能指标、治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组症候评分较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组各项心功能指标水平较对照组显著提高(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无显著差异。结论:宣痹通脉汤联合阿替洛尔治疗AMI气虚血瘀证可改善患者心功能,缓解临床症状,且安全性较好。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Xuanbi Tongmai Decoction combined with atenolol in patients with Acute myocardial infarction(AMI)syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:70 patients with AMI syndrome of Qi deficiency and blood stasis who received treatment in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were included.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,35 cases each.The control group was treated with atenolol.Observation group was treated with Xuanbi Tongmai decoction on the basis of control group.TCM syndrome score,cardiac function index and adverse reactions during treatment were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the symptom score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of cardiac function indexes in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion:Xuanbi Tongmai Decoction combined with atenolol in the treatment of AMI qi deficiency and blood stasis can improve heart function,relieve clinical symptoms,and have good safety.
