药学服务干预在儿科呼吸系统疾病雾化吸入用药中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨药学服务干预对儿科雾化吸入用药合理性的影响。方法:回顾性收集2022年1月至2022年12月于本院确诊并接受治疗的84例呼吸系统疾病患儿的临床资料,按照护理方式的不同分为对照组(予以常规诊疗护理服务干预,n=42)和观察组(予以药学服务干预,n=42)。分析比较两组雾化吸入用药不合理情况、不良反应发生情况、用药依从性以及患儿家长满意度。结果:观察组干预期间雾化吸入用药不合理发生率、不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的用药总依从率、患儿家长满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:药学服务干预可提高儿科雾化吸入用药合理性和安全性,且患儿用药依从性较好,患儿家长满意度高。Objective:To explore the impact of pharmaceutical service intervention on the rationality of pediatric nebulized inhalation medication.Method:Retrospective collection of clinical data from 84 children with respiratory diseases diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into a control group(42 cases received routine diagnosis and treatment nursing intervention)and an observation group(42 cases received pharmaceutical service intervention).The unreasonable use of nebulized inhalation medication,the incidence of adverse reactions,and medication compliance were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Result:During the intervention period,the incidence of unreasonable nebulization inhalation medication,such as over indications,inappropriate combination therapy,unreasonable dosage,and improper treatment course,was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the total medication adherence rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pharmaceutical service intervention can improve the rationality and safety of pediatric nebulized inhalation medication,and children have good medication compliance.
