摘 要:目的:探讨荧光定量对肺炎支原体IgM抗体诊断效能的影响。方法:选取186例我院2020年4月至2022年4月就诊于我院的呼吸道感染疑似肺炎支原体感染患儿作为研究对象。入院后均采用荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(Polymerase chain reaction,PCR)法、酶联免疫吸附(Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)法对肺炎支原体IgM抗体进行检测。以间接荧光免疫法检测结果为“金标准”,比较荧光定量PCR、ELISA法对肺炎支原体IgM抗体诊断结果。结果:经间接荧光免疫法检测结果显示,186例呼吸道感染患儿中,肺炎支原体IgM抗体阳性102例,经荧光定量PCR检测结果显示,肺炎支原体IgM抗体阳性94例,经ELISA法检测结果显示,肺炎支原体IgM抗体阳性85例;与ELISA法比较,荧光定量PCR法对于IgM抗体阳性诊断灵敏度、准确度较高,漏诊率较低(P<0.05)。结论:荧光定量PCR可有效提高肺炎支原体感染诊断准确效能,为临床早期诊断提供参考。Objective:To investigate the effect of fluorescence quantification on the diagnostic efficiency of Mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM antibody.Methods:186 children with suspected mycoplasma pneumoniae infection with respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects.After admission,the IgM antibodies of Mycoplasma pneumoniae were detected by fluorescence quantitative Polymerase chain reaction(PCR)and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The results of indirect fluorescence immunoassay were used as the"gold standard"to compare the diagnostic results of Mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM antibodies by fluorescence quantitative PCR and ELISA.Results:Among 186 children with respiratory tract infection,102 cases were positive for mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM antibody by indirect fluorescence immunoassay,94 cases were positive for mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM antibody by fluorescence quantitative PCR,and 85 cases were positive for Mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM antibody by ELISA.Compared with ELISA method,the sensitivity and accuracy of PCR were higher,and the missed diagnosis rate of PCR was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fluorescence quantitative PCR can effectively improve the diagnostic efficiency of mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,and provide reference for early clinical diagnosis.
