摘  要:为探究正压防护面罩吸塑成型过程中不同工艺参数组合对其影响。结合实际设计的要求,采用PET材料作为面罩吸塑材料,基于Ployflow,分析不同压力、温度组合的工艺参数及初始板材厚度对面罩吸塑成型的影响。结果表明,利用面积延伸率、厚度均匀性及面罩成型深度综合分析面罩的吸塑成型质量发现,温度和压力对面罩成型质量的影响较显著。由于板材厚度与成型深度呈负相关,再结合面罩成型深度的要求可知,在符合设计要求的条件下,当工艺参数组合为温度114℃、压力0.65 MPa、PET板材初始厚度为1 mm时,面罩质量最佳。In order to investigate the influence of different combinations of process parameters on the blister moulding process of positive pressure protective masks.In conjunction with the actual design requirements,the PET material was selected as the mask blister material and the influence of different pressure and temperature combinations and the initial sheet thickness on the mask blister moulding was analysed.The analysis of the mask blister moulding was based on Ployflow.The results showed that two process parameters,temperature and pressure,had a significant influence on the quality of the mask by considering the area elongation,thickness uniformity and mask forming depth.In combination with the mask forming depth requirement,and the sheet thickness was negatively correlated with the forming depth,therefore the best mask forming results were achieved by selecting the process parameters of 114℃,0.65 MPa and an initial PET sheet thickness of 1 mm,while met the design requirements.
