摘  要:结合大型数据光缆接头外壳管内壁两端均设置有圆环凹槽的特点,综合斜顶脱模和滑块脱模的设计方法,设计了一种差速内缩抽芯机构。机构利用一个中间六面体上设置的2组不同斜度的驱动燕尾槽驱动2组6个滑块实施内抽芯,由于2组滑块的驱动斜角分别为6°、13°,2组滑块在向心移动时能产生速度差异,最终使6个滑块两两之间产生分离间隙,保证了6个滑块的同步内缩抽芯功能,从而顺利地实现了塑件内环凹槽的机械化脱模。在该机构设计基础上,塑件的模具设计为1模1腔两板模,两端各布置一个差速内缩抽芯机构,结合两板模顶针顶出机构的驱动,模具能较好地实现塑件的自动化注塑生产。In view of the characteristics that both ends of the inner wall of the large data optical cable connector shell tube were equipped with circular grooves,a differential internal shrinking core pulling mechanism was designed by combining the design methods of lifter demoulding and slider demoulding.The mechanism used two groups of driving swallow tail grooves with different slopes set on a middle Hexahedron to drive two groups of six sliding blocks to implement internal core pulling.Because the driving bevel angles of the two groups of sliding blocks are 6°and 13°,Therefore,the two sets of sliders could generate speed differences when moving towards the center,ultimately achieving a separation gap between the six sliders,ensuring the synchronous internal shrinkage and core pulling function of the six sliders,and successfully achieving mechanical demolding of the inner ring groove of the plastic part.On the basis of this mechanism design,the mold of the plastic part was designed as the first mock examination,one cavity and two plate molds,and a differential internal shrinking core pulling mechanism was arranged at both ends.Combined with the application of the ejector pin ejection mechanism of the two plate molds,the mold had better realized the automatic injection production of plastic parts.
