摘 要:聚乙烯醇(PVA)具有易溶于水、粘接强度高等特性,常被用作为粘接剂。采用铜粉(Cu)与PVA为原料制备铜/PVA复合物浆料,基于自主搭建的单螺杆挤出金属3D打印平台进行3D打印成型工艺实验研究,探究了PVA含量对成型质量的影响,并且,采用单一变量法研究铜/PVA复合物浆料的挤出速度、打印速度和打印层高成型工艺参数对成型质量的影响,最后,研究不同打印层高下,素坯的拉伸强度变化,验证其有效性。结果表明,当铜粉与PVA质量比为11:1时,素坯的成型质量较好;得到最优3D打印成型工艺参数为铜/PVA复合物浆料的挤出速度为15.63 mm/s、打印速度为15 mm/s、打印层高为0.24 mm,实验证明了采用最优3D打印工艺参数的成型质量较好。Polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)was often used as a binder due to its water solubility and high bonding strength.Copper powder(Cu)and PVA were used as raw materials to prepare copper/PVA composite slurry,and then 3D printing molding process experimental research was carried out based on the independently built screw extrusion metal 3D printing platform.The effect of PVA content on molding quality was investigated,and the effect of extrusion speed,printing speed and printing layer height molding process parameters of copper/PVA compound paste on molding quality was studied by single variable method.Finally,the tensile strength variation of plain billets with different printing layer heights was investigated to verify its validity.Research findings that the best molding quality of plain billets when the mass ratio of copper powder to PVA was 11:1.The optimal 3D printing molding process parameters were obtained,the extrusion speed of copper/PVA compound paste was 15.63 mm/s,the printing speed was 15 mm/s,and the print layer height was 0.24 mm.Experimental verification found excellent molding quality using optimal 3D printing process parameters.
