摘  要:介绍了磁取向法在制备高导热复合材料中的研究进展,综述了不同导热填料,例如,氮化硼、碳纤维、石墨及石墨烯等磁取向导热复合材料的热导率随各种影响因素的变化,分析了一维及二维填料的磁取向特点,利用磁取向技术对复合材料基体中的填料进行取向,在外磁场作用下,磁化填料形成了沿磁场方向的定向有序排列,构建相互接触的导热通道,提高了复合材料的散热能力。结果表明,磁取向法在热界面材料及电子器件热管理领域均具有较广泛的应用潜力。磁取向技术在复合材料中大范围内实现填料的取向排列的精准度仍需要提高,大部分研究仅局限于固定磁场,未来移动磁场将成为制备磁取向导热复合材料的新方向。The research progress of magnetic orientation method in the preparation of high thermal conductivity polymer composite is presented. The variation of the thermal conductivity of magnetically oriented thermally conductive composite with various influencing factors is summarized for different kinds of thermally conductive fillers such as boron nitride, carbon fiber, graphite and graphene. The magnetic orientation characteristics of one-and two-dimensional fillers are analyzed. The filler in the composite matrix is oriented using magnetic orientation technology. Under the action of the external magnetic field, the magnetized filler forms a directional and orderly arrangement along the direction of the magnetic field, which constructs a thermal conductivity channel in contact with each other and improves the heat dissipation ability of the composite material.It is shown that the magnetic orientation method had a broad potential in the field of thermal interface materials and thermal management of electronic devices. Magnetic orientation technology in composite to achieve a wide range of filler orientation arrangement of the accuracy is still to be improved, most of the research is limited to fixed magnetic field.In future development, moving magnetic fields will provide new ideas for the preparation of magnetically oriented thermally conductive composite.
