摘  要:利用“反硫化”方法直接将元素硫与丁香酚及其衍生物(厚朴酚)本体聚合。研究了单体之间的投料比例对聚合反应的影响。实验结果表明,元素硫与丁香酚的质量比在100∶100到100∶200之间的聚合效果较好。然后,利用丁香酚的衍生物(厚朴酚)作为第三组分和交联剂,制备交联聚合物。得到的聚合物利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)证明了结构准确,热重分析仪(TGA)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)表征了热稳定性,其最大的5%热失重温度(Td, 5%)为221℃,最大的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)为100℃以上。另外,线性聚合物还利用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)测定了相对分子质量,研究了交联聚合物热重塑性能。The element sulfur was directly polymerized with eugenol and its derivative(magnolol) by “reverse vulcanization” method. First, we investigated the effect of feeding ratio between monomers. These results show that the polymerization would have better situation when the mass ratio of elemental sulfur and eugenol is between 100 ∶100 and 100 ∶200. Then, we use eugenol derivative(magnolol) as the third component and crosslinking agent to further prepare crosslinked polymer. The structure of the polymer was verified by Fourier transform spectroscopy(FT-IR), and its thermal stability was characterized by thermogravimetry(TGA) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),the maximum value of 5% thermal weight loss temperature(T_(d, 5%)) was 221℃ and the maximum value of glass transition temperature(T_g). In addition, the molecular weight of linear polymers was determined by gel permeation chromatography(GPC), and the thermal remodeling properties of crosslinked polymers were studied.
