摘  要:通过简单的离子交换反应合成了磷钼酸基离子液体(PMA-IL),研究不同添加量的PMA-IL对4,4′-二氨基二苯砜(DDS)/双酚A型环氧树脂(DGEBA)体系阻燃性能、热稳定性的影响,分析PMA-IL对环氧树脂成炭性能的增强作用。结果表明,PMA-IL具有较好的催化成炭效应,对环氧树脂的阻燃性能提升显著。当PMA-IL的添加量为8%时,阻燃改性环氧树脂的峰值热释放速率(p-HRR)、平均热释放速率(av-HRR)、总热释放量(THR)和平均质量损失速率(av-MLR)分别仅为320.7 kW/m^(2)、119.2 kW/m^(2)、123.2 MJ/m^(2)和0.048 g/s,与未改性的相比降低了46.8%、37.5%、21.7%和36%,膨胀阻燃效应显著;此外,环氧树脂的成炭量也显著提升,在800℃时的质量保留率由14.2%提升至27.4%。Phosphomolybdic acid-based ionic liquid(PMA-IL)was synthesized by simple ion exchange reaction.The effects of different amounts of PMA-IL on the flame retardancy and thermal stability of 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl sulfone(DDS)/bisphenol A epoxy resin(DGEBA)system were studied,and the enhancement effect of PMA-IL on the carbonization performance of the epoxy resin was analyzed.The results revealed that PMA-IL had a good catalytic charring effect which significantly improved the flame retardancy of epoxy resin.When the addition of PMA-IL is 8%,the peak of heat release rate(p-HRR),the average heat release rate(av-HRR),the total heat release(THR)and the average mass loss rate(av-MLR)of the flame retardant modified epoxy resin are only 320.7 kW/m^(2),119.2 kW/m^(2),123.2 MJ/m^(2) and 0.048 g/s,which are reduced by 46.8%,37.5%,21.7%and 36%respectively compared with the unmodified epoxy resin,and shown a significant expansion flame retardant effect.In addition,the carbonization amount of epoxy resin also significantly increased,and the residue mass in 800℃increased from 14.2%to 27.4%.
