摘 要:采用未改性的纤维素纤维及氢氧化钠(NaOH)与3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)协同处理纤维素纤维增强摩擦材料,利用热压成型工艺制备复合材料。通过傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)分析纤维素纤维改性前后化学结构的变化,利用摩擦试验机测试复合材料的摩擦磨损性能,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察摩擦表面并分析磨损机理。结果表明,NaOH与KH550协同处理的纤维素纤维能够有效地提高纤维与基体界面相容性;添加改性纤维素纤维后,能够有效地改善摩擦材料的力学性能,与无纤维试样相比,添加15%改性纤维素纤维试样的压缩强度与冲击强度分别提高了59.5%、37.1%;改性纤维素纤维的加入能够稳定材料的摩擦因数,降低磨损率;随着纤维素纤维含量的增加,材料磨损机制由黏着磨损转变为磨粒磨损与热分解磨损。Unmodified and synergistic treatment of cellulose fiber reinforced friction materials with sodium hydroxide(NaOH)and 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH550)were used to prepare the composite by hot press molding process.The chemical structure changes of cellulose fibers before and after modification were analyzed by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR),the friction and wear properties of the composite was tested with the help of friction tester,and the friction surfaces were observed by Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM)and the wear mechanisms were analyzed.The results showed that NaOH and KH550 co-processed cellulose fibers could effectively improve the compatibility of the fiber-matrix interface;the addition of modified cellulose fibers could effectively improve the mechanical properties of the friction materials,compared with the fiber-free samples,the compression strength and impact strength of the samples with 15%modified cellulose fibers were increased by 59.5%,37.1%;the addition of modified cellulose fibers could stabilize the friction coefficient of the materials and reduce the wear rate;the addition of modified cellulose fibers could stabilize the friction coefficient of the materials and reduce the wear rate.The addition of modified cellulose fiber could stabilize the coefficient of friction of the material and reduce the wear rate;with the increase of cellulose fiber content,the wear mechanism of the material changes from adhesive wear to abrasive wear and thermal decomposition wear.
