摘  要:分析全景天窗外密封条摩擦异响的产生机理,粘-滑振动机理适用于解释密封条摩擦异响,调控摩擦因数和正压力是消除全景天窗外密封条摩擦异响的主要措施。为了抑制摩擦异响同时保证密封性,在全景天窗外密封条的设计中,建议密封条采用卡接式和粘接式组合的装配方式,密封条表面涂层的厚度为12~20μm,密封条-聚氨酯包边接触区域密封条的压缩量为1.2~1.5 mm,密封条-密封条接触区域密封条的压缩量为1.6~2.0 mm。计算机辅助工程(CAE)分析可为全景天窗外密封条的设计优化提供帮助。The mechanism of abnormal friction noise generated by the outer sealing strip for the panoramic sunroof was analyzed.The stick-slip vibration theory was suitable to explain the abnormal friction noise of the sealing strip.Optimizing friction coefficient and vertical pressure were the main solutions to eliminate the abnormal friction noise of the outer sealing strip for the panoramic sunroof.In order to suppress the abnormal friction noise and ensure tightness,in the design of the outer sealing strip for the panoramic sunroof,it was recommended that a combination of clamp type and adhesive type assembly was used,the coating thickness of sealing strip was 12~20μm,the compression amount of the sealing strip in the contact area of sealing strip with polyurethane edging and sealing strip with other sealing strip was 1.2~1.5 mm and 1.6~2.0 mm,respectively.Computer-aided engineering(CAE)analysis could provide assistance for the design and optimization of the outer sealing strip for the panoramic sunroof.
