摘 要:为了进一步降低中央空调能耗,提出一种动态负荷下中央空调能耗全局控制方法。建立时间序列采集空调用户环境和机组设备负载率等参数,利用单指数平滑算法处理时间序列,减少异常冗余数据,完成中央空调动态能耗计算。在获取中央空调动态能耗数值的基础上,构建能耗控制多重约束模型,运用目标函数计算负荷率约束和进出水温约束,根据时域条件求解模型,实现中央空调设备能耗全局控制。实验结果表明,该方法的冷负荷预测绝对误差值在-0.3~0.3 kW范围内,能够准确预测空调的动态负荷。由此证明,该方法可以实现动态负荷下中央空调能耗全局控制,有效减少机组的功耗。In order to further reduce the energy consumption of central air conditioning,a global control method for energy consumption of central air conditioning under dynamic load is proposed.A time series is established to collect parameters such as air conditioning user environment and unit equipment load rate.A single exponential smoothing algorithm is used to process the time series to reduce abnormal redundant data,and complete the dynamic energy consumption calculation of central air conditioning.On the basis of obtaining dynamic energy consumption values of central air conditioning,a multi constraint model for energy consumption control is constructed.The objective function is used to calculate load rate constraints and inlet and outlet water temperature constraints,and the model is solved based on time-domain conditions to achieve global energy consumption control of central air conditioning equipment.The experimental results show that the absolute error value of the cooling load prediction of this method is in the range of-0.3 to 0.3 kW,which can accurately predict the dynamic load of air conditioning.This proves that this method can achieve global control of central air conditioning energy consumption under dynamic loads,effectively reducing the power consumption of the unit.
