摘 要:大部分催化裂化(FCC)装置采用CO助燃剂控制再生器CO尾燃,但存在加注量大、应用成本高以及烟气NO_(x)增加的问题。本研究开发生产出FCC新型高效低NO x排放CO助燃剂,实验室评价数据和工业应用结果表明:该助燃剂具有更高的助燃活性、更低的烟气NO_(x)含量、更好的水热稳定性和更强的抗硫失活性能,相比市售助燃剂,CO体积分数降低35.9%~40.2%,NO_(x)质量浓度降低15.9%~19.4%;应用新型高效低NO x排放CO助燃剂可减小NO x浓度波动,降低SCR(选择性催化还原)注氨量,降低运行成本,减少余热锅炉结盐,有利于装备长周期运行。Most FCC units use CO combustion promotor to control the“after burn”of CO,but there are problems of large injection volume,high application cost,and increasing flue gas NO_(x).In this study,a novel CO combustion promoter with high efficiency and low NO_(x) emission was developed and produced.The laboratory evaluation data and industrial application results show that this promoter has higher combustion activity,lower flue gas NO_(x) emission,better hydrothermal stability and stronger sulfur resistant deactivation performance.Compared with commercially available combustion promoter,the CO volume fraction is reduced by 35.9%to 40.2%,and the NO_(x) mass fraction is reduced by 15.9%to 19.4%.The application of the new high efficiency and low NO_(x) emission CO combustion promoter can reduce NO_(x) fluctuations,reduce SCR ammonia injection,save operating costs,and reduce salt deposition in waste heat boilers,which is beneficial for long-term operation of equipment.
