摘 要:介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司安庆分公司干气制乙苯烷基化催化剂快速失活情况,讨论了快速失活的原因,分析了原料干气或苯中碱性物质的来源以及对催化剂的影响,提出了碱性物质以外的杂质也会影响催化剂活性的观点。实验分析表明,催化装置干气除含有氨气外,还存在未知氮化物。工业试验结果表明:来自于催化装置以外的尾气,可显著影响烷基化催化剂的活性;将成分复杂的尾气和部分干气改出系统后,催化剂活性可以保持长时间稳定。生产中进行了水洗系统改造、改出成分复杂的尾气、加强上下游装置沟通,烷基化催化剂实际使用寿命大幅超出正常使用寿命。This article introduces the rapid deactivation of the alkylation catalyst for ethylbenzene production from dry gas in SINOPEC Anqing Petrochemical Company.The reasons for the rapid deactivation of alkylation catalyst are discussed,and the sources of alkaline substances in feedstock dry gas or benzene and the differences that affect the catalyst are analyzed.It is proposed that impurities other than alkaline substances can also affect catalyst activity.Through experimental analysis,it is found that in addition to ammonia gas,the dry gas of the catalytic unit also contains unknown nitrides.Through industrial experiments,it was verified that exhaust gas from outside the catalytic unit can significantly affect the activity of alkylation catalyst.After removing the complex exhaust gas and dry gas from the system,the catalyst activity can remain stable for a long time.During production,water washing system renovation was carried out,complex exhaust gas was cut out,and connection between upstream and downstream unit was strengthened.The actual service life of alkylation catalysts significantly exceeded their normal service life.
