摘　　要：为了规范儿童慢性乙型肝炎的预防、诊断和抗病毒治疗,实现世界卫生组织提出的“2030年消除病毒性肝炎公共卫生危害”目标,由中华医学会感染病学分会、肝病学分会、儿科学分会感染学组和国家感染性疾病临床医学研究中心组织有关专家,以国内外慢性乙型肝炎防治指南及近年来儿童乙型肝炎抗病毒治疗的临床研究进展为依据,结合我国诊疗实际情况及经验,制定了《儿童慢性乙型肝炎防治专家共识》。以期为临床医师做出合理的治疗决策提供更多的参考和依据。The aim of this consensus is to standardize the prevention,diagnosis,and treatment of chronic hepatitis B in children and to achieve the goal of“eliminating viral hepatitis as a major public health threat by 2030”issued by the World Health Organization.Formulated by organized experts of the Chinese Society of Infectious Diseases and Chinese Society of Hepatology,Chinese Medical Association,Group of Infectious Diseases,Chinese Pediatric Society,Chinese Medical Association,and National Clinical Research Center for Infectious Diseases(Beijing),the consensus provides the latest evidence and recommendations for the prevention,diagnosis,and treatment of chronic hepatitis B in children.
