播散性卡介菌病1例

摘　　要：卡介苗是一种预防结核病的减毒活疫苗,健康新生儿出生时即予以接种。轻度不良反应为接种2~3 d后,接种部位皮肤发红,触之无硬结,数日后自行消退。播散性卡介菌病是最严重的不良反应,临床表现主要为接种部位红肿、破溃和溢脓,全身多发性淋巴结肿大、皮肤包块形成和肺部病变,也可累及肝脏、脾脏和骨骼。该病致死率高,早期诊断及治疗方法的选择仍是难题。现就我科诊治的1例临床诊断的播散性卡介菌病诊治过程及相关文献复习总结如下,以期为相应专业的临床医师提供一定帮助。Bacillus Calmette-Guerin(BCG)is a live attenuated vaccine against tuberculosis that is given at birth in healthy newborns.Mild adverse reactions were local skin redness 2-3 days after inoculation,no induration after contact,and resolved after a few days.Disseminated BCG is the most serious adverse reaction.The main clinical manifestations are redness,swelling,ulceration and discharge at the inoculation site,systemic lymph node enlargement,skin mass formation and lung lesions,and may also involve the liver,spleen and bone.The fatality rate of this disease is high,and the choice of early diagnosis and treatment is still a difficult problem.The process and related literature review of a clinically diagnosed child with disseminated BCG in our department are summarized as follows,hoping to provide some help to clinicians in the corresponding profession.
