摘　　要：创新创业教育是高等教育改革发展的重要方向,也是培养高素质档案专门人才的必然要求。在数字经济时代背景下,档案工作面临数字化转型与创新发展的新形势、新挑战,迫切需要一批具有创新意识、创业精神和实践能力的复合型档案人才。基于创新创业教育理念,围绕档案学专业人才培养体系,提出亟须通过更新人才培养理念,优化专业课程体系,创新人才培养模式,强化实践教学环节,完善人才培养评价来统筹推进档案学专业创新创业教育教学改革。Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important direction of higher education reform and development,and it is also an inevitable requirement for training high-quality archival professionals.Under the background of digital economy era,archival work is facing the new situation and new challenges of digital transformation and innovative development,and a group of composite archival talents with innovative consciousness,entrepreneurial spirit and practical ability are urgently needed.Based on the concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education,this paper focuses on the innovation of talent training system for archival science majors,and proposes that it is urgent to comprehensively promote the innovation and entrepreneurship education teaching reform of archival science majors by updating talent training concepts,optimizing professional curriculum system,innovating talent training models,strengthening practical teaching links,and improving talent training evaluation.
