摘　　要：下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)是一种以大中动脉粥样硬化导致内膜增生、斑块沉积、管腔狭窄直至闭塞为特征的慢性进行性病变。以不同程度的缺血为主要临床表现,如发凉、怕冷、麻木、间歇性跛行、静息痛,甚至肢体末端的破溃、坏死。经皮血管腔内球囊扩张成形术和支架植入术是临床治疗ASO的重要手段,而支架内再狭窄(ISR)严重影响着患者的生存质量。目前,ISR的发生机制尚未明确,建立科学合理的动物模型至关重要。常用的造模动物包括啮齿动物(小鼠、大鼠)、兔、猪等,但均有自身的局限性。目前尚未发现理想的ISR模型,但可以在现有动物模型的基础上不断完善与进步。本文检索国内外相关文献,筛选和总结不同动物模型的特点并进行综述。Arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO)is a chronic progressive disease characterized by intimal hyperplasia,plaque deposition,luminal stenosis,and eventually occlusion caused by atherosclerosis of large and medium arteries.The main clinical manifestations are consistent with the degrees of critical limb ischemia,such as chills,numbness,intermittent claudication,resting pain,and ulceration and necrosis of extremities.The method of treatment for the disease is percutaneous endovascular balloon angioplasty and stenting.The mechanism of in stent restenosis(ISR)has not been clarified recently,so it is particularly crucial to establish a scientific and reasonable animal model.Animal models commonly used include rodents(mice,rats),rabbits,pigs,etc,but they all have their own limitations.At present,there is no ideal Animal model for ISR,but it can be continuously improved on the basis of available animal models.This paper aims to search the relevant literatures at home and abroad,screen and summarize the characteristics of different animal models then make a review.
