摘　　要：“一站式”冠状动脉杂交手术(HCR)是将微创冠状动脉旁路移植术与经皮冠状动脉介入治疗这两种传统的再血管化方式相结合而组成的一种新型再血管化的治疗方式。与传统的再血管化治疗方式相比,“一站式”HCR具有手术效果更确切、创伤更小、风险更低、术后恢复更快、并发症更少和不良事件发生率更低等优势,是传统外科手术与介入导管治疗技术为顺应疾病的发展及患者自身的需要而实现的有机结合,其实施充分体现了一体化诊疗过程中内外结合的思想,形成了互利共赢、共同发展的新局面,为冠状动脉多支病变的诊疗策略提供了新的思路。本文将对“一站式”HCR的发展及临床应用现状进行综述,旨在提高广大临床工作者对该术式的认识,进一步促进该术式的应用推广。"One-stop"hybrid coronary revascularization(HCR)is a new type of revascularization treatment that combines minimally invasive coronary artery bypass grafting with percutaneous coronary intervention.Compared with traditional revascularization therapy,"one-stop"HCR has advantages such as more precise surgical results,less trauma,lower risk,faster postoperative recovery,fewer complications,and lower incidence of adverse events.It is an organic combination of traditional surgical and interventional catheterization techniques to meet the development of the disease and the needs of patients themselves.Its implementation fully reflects the idea of integrating internal and external treatment in the integrated diagnosis and treatment process,forming a new situation of mutual benefit and common development,providing new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment strategy of multi vessel coronary artery lesions.This article will provide a review of the development and clinical application status of"one-stop"HCR,aiming to enhance the understanding of this surgery among clinical workers and further promote its application and promotion.
