摘　　要：A型片是直接热成像银盐打印胶片的简称,主要成分为山嵛酸银,本文主要针对山嵛酸银乳剂制造步骤中的合成阶段,影响生产效率的主要因素进行分析,通过对关键因素的改进,达到提高生产效率的目的,同时降低了生产过程中的能源消耗,为产品的稳定生产提供了有力保障。A-type film,also known as silver salt dry film,is a direct thermal imaging silver salt printing film,mainly composed of silver behenate.The manufacturing steps are divided into silver behenate emulsion synthesis and dispersion.This article mainly analyzes and studies the main factors that affect production efficiency during the emulsion synthesis stage.By improving the key factors,the goal of improving production efficiency is achieved,while reducing energy consumption in the production process,providing strong guarantee for stable production of products.
