摘　　要：According to data released by the China Disabled Persons’Federation,the total number of people with disabilities in China has reached over 85 million,equivalent to one disabled person for every 16 Chinese people.These 85 million people with disabilities make up 6.34%of the country’s total population.This significant groups living conditions are closely linked to the quality of life and happiness of millions of families.
