多糖铁复合物胶囊联合复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血孕妇的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的观察多糖铁复合物胶囊联合复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片对妊娠期缺铁性贫血(iron deficiency anemia,IDA)孕妇的疗效。方法将本院于2022年1月至2023年4月期间收治的114例妊娠期IDA孕妇分为观察组和对照组,每组57例。对照组服用多糖铁复合物胶囊,观察组在对照组基础上加服复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片。比较两组孕妇的疗效、贫血指标、铁代谢指标、免疫功能、安全性指标及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,两组孕妇红细胞计数、血红蛋白、红细胞压积、血清铁蛋白、血清铁、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)以及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均显著升高,且观察组高于对照组,转铁蛋白及CD8^(+)均较治疗前明显下降,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率(55/57,96.49%)高于对照组(47/57,82.46%,P<0.05)。结论多糖铁复合物胶囊联合复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片对妊娠期IDA具有较好的疗效。Objective To observe the effect of polysaccharide iron complex capsule combined with compound ferrous sulfate folic acid tablet on pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy(IDA).Methods A total of 114 pregnant women with IDA admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to April 2023 were divided into observation group and control group,with 57 cases in each group.The control group was given polysaccharide iron complex capsules,and the observation group was given compound ferrous sulfate folic acid tablets on the basis of the control group.The curative effect,anemia,iron metabolism indexes,immune function,safety indicators and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Results After treatment,red blood cell count,hemoglobin,hematocrit,serum ferritin,serum iron,CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)were significantly increased in both groups,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the transferrin and CD8^(+)were significantly decreased than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group(55/57,96.49%)was higher than that of control group(47/57,82.46%,P<0.05).Conclusion Polysaccharide iron complex capsule combined with compound ferrous sulfate folic acid tablet has a good effect on IDA.
