观察替硝唑栓和妇科千金胶囊对老年性阴道炎的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探讨替硝唑栓和妇科千金胶囊对老年性阴道炎的治疗效果。方法选取320例老年性阴道炎患者,随机分为非千金胶囊组和千金胶囊组,各160例。非千金胶囊组采用替硝唑栓治疗,千金胶囊组采用替硝唑栓和妇科千金胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的症状评分、阴道健康指标评分、疗效、不良反应发生情况。结果千金胶囊组治疗后外阴/阴道瘙痒、阴道灼热/疼痛、分泌物性状、性交痛、腰腹胀痛评分分别为(1.11±0.33)、(1.23±0.25)、(1.35±0.27)、(1.23±0.42)、(1.26±0.35)分,均显著低于非千金胶囊组的(1.86±0.26)、(1.79±0.33)、(1.86±0.25)、(1.91±0.24)、(1.95±0.24)分(P<0.05)。千金胶囊组治疗后阴道黏膜形态、湿润度、阴道皱襞弹性、阴道pH值、阴道清洁度评分分别为(1.52±0.42)、(1.46±0.33)、(1.23±0.15)、(1.45±0.22)、(1.52±0.42)分,显著低于非千金胶囊组的(2.11±0.37)、(1.82±0.35)、(1.86±0.34)、(1.91±0.23)、(1.89±0.18)分(P<0.05)。千金胶囊组治疗总有效率(97.50%,156/160)显著高于非千金胶囊组(78.75%,126/160)(P<0.05)。千金胶囊组不良反应发生率(8.13%,13/160)与非千金胶囊组(6.25%,10/160)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论替硝唑栓与妇科千金胶囊联合治疗,可有效改善患者阴道健康水平及临床症状,治疗老年性阴道炎安全可靠。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of tinidazole suppositories and Fuke Qianjin capsules on senile vaginitis.Methods 320 elderly patients with vaginitis were randomly divided into a non-Qianjin capsule group and a Qianjin capsule group,with 160 patients in each group.The non-Qianjin capsule group was treated with tinidazole suppositories,while the Qianjin capsule group was treated with tinidazole suppositories and Fuke Qianjin capsules.The symptom score,vaginal health index score,efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of external genital/vaginal itching,vaginal burning/pain,secretion characteristics,sexual intercourse pain,and abdominal distension pain in Qianjin capsule group were(1.11±0.33),(1.23±0.25),(1.35±0.27),(1.23±0.42)and(1.26±0.35)points,which were significantly lower than(1.86±0.26),(1.79±0.33),(1.86±0.25),(1.91±0.24)and(1.95±0.24)points in non-Qianjin capsule group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of vaginal mucosal morphology,wetness,vaginal fold elasticity,vaginal pH value,and vaginal cleanliness in Qianjin capsule group were(1.52±0.42),(1.46±0.33),(1.23±0.15),(1.45±0.22)and(1.52±0.42)points,which were significantly lower than(2.11±0.37),(1.82±0.35),(1.86±0.34),(1.91±0.23)and(1.89±0.18)points in non-Qianjin capsule group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of Qianjin capsule group(97.50%,156/160)was significantly higher than that of non-Qianjin capsule group(78.75%,126/160)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between Qianjin capsule group(8.13%,13/160)and non-Qianjin capsule group(6.25%,10/160)(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination treatment of tinidazole suppositories and Fuke Qianjin capsules can effectively improve the vaginal health level and clinical symptoms of patients,and it is safely and reliable in the treatment of senile vaginitis.
