护理管理干预对小儿静脉一次穿刺成功率的影响因素

摘　　要：目的探究护理管理干预对小儿静脉穿刺成功率的影响。方法选取2021年1月1日—2021年3月30日我院700例6岁以内通过静脉穿刺治疗的患儿作为研究对象,抽签法分为对照组(常规护理,350例)和观察组(护理管理干预,350例),对比两组穿刺成功情况、家属满意度、并发症发生情况以及护理质量评分。结果观察组一次穿刺成功率(81.43%)高于对照组(59.71%)(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为99.43%,高于对照组的93.71%(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(3.43%vs.9.71%)(P<0.05);观察组基础护理、护理安全、操作技能、服务态度等各项护理质量评分对比对照组均更高(均P<0.05)。结论在小儿静脉穿刺护理中采取护理管理干预有利于提升一次穿刺成功率,降低并发症发生率,能够使患儿家属对于护理服务更加满意。Objective To explore the effect of nursing management intervention on the success rate of venipuncture in children.Methods Selected 700 children treated by intravenous puncture from January 1 to March 30,2021 as the study object,the lottery method was divided into control group(routine care,350 cases)and observation group(nursing management intervention,350 cases),and compared the two groups of puncture success,family satisfaction and the occurrence of complications,and quality of care scores.Results The success rate of primary puncture in the observation group(81.43%)was higher than that in the control group(59.71%)(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of nursing care in the observation group was 99.43%,which was higher than that in the control group,which was 93.71%(P<0.05);and the overall rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(3.43%vs.9.71%)(P<0.05);The quality of care scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group in terms of basic nursing care,nursing safety,operational skills,and service attitude(all P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing management interventions in the care of pediatric venepuncture are conducive to improving the success rate of a puncture,reducing the incidence of complications,and making the families of children more satisfied with the nursing services.
