摘　　要：目的了解血液透析患者家庭主要照顾者照顾负担现状、心理弹性现状,并探讨两者之间的相关性,以期为临床护理工作者制订干预措施提出依据。方法随机选取2022年12月至2023年3月,于甘肃省人民医院血液净化中心行维持性血液透析治疗的126例患者及其家庭主要照顾者为研究对象,将其采用一般资料调查表、照顾负担量表(ZBI)、心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)进行调查。结果血液透析患者家庭主要照顾者照顾负担得分为(31.15±14.00)分,心理弹性总分得分为(55.25±13.58)分。家庭主要照顾者照顾负担得分与心理弹性得分呈现负相关(r=-0.240)。结论血液透析患者家庭主要照顾者照顾负担处于轻度水平,得分与心理弹性得分呈现负相关,照顾者照顾负担越重,心理弹性越差。临床护理工作者应积极采取有效的干预措施,降低照顾者的照顾负担,增强照顾者心理弹性。Objective To understand the current situation of care burden and mental resilience of primary caregivers of patients with hemodialysis,and to explore the correlation between them,in order to provide evidence for the development of intervention measures of clinical nursing workers.Methods A total of 126 patients with maintenance hemodialysis treatment and their main caregivers in the blood purification room of Gansu Provincial People's Hospital from December 2022 to March 2023 were randomly selected as the study objects.General data questionnaire,Zarit Caring Burden Scale(ZBI)and Mental resilience Scale(CD-RISC)were used to investigate.Results The score of the main caregiver in the family of hemodialysis patients was(31.15±14.00),and the total score of psychological resilience was(55.25±13.58).There was a negative correlation between the care burden score and the mental resilience score of the primary caregivers(r=-0.240).Conclusions The care burden of primary caregivers of patients with hemodialysis are at mild levels,and the score is negatively correlated with the score of mental resilience.The heavier the caregiver's care burden is,the worse the mental resilience is.Clinical nursing workers should actively take effective intervention measures to reduce the caregiver's care burden and enhance the caregiver's psychological resilience.
