摘　　要：目的探讨完全置入式输液港无损伤针定位黏贴卡在临床应用的效果。方法选取符合纳入标准的2022年3—10月入住我院乳腺外科的96例女性乳腺癌患者及96名本院临床工作满1年且通过培训的护士,以随机数字表法将患者分为干预组和对照组,每组48例;将护士分为护士干预组和护士对照组,每组48名。护士对照组对对照组患者采用传统穿刺方法进行穿刺,护士干预组对干预组患者在完全置入式输液港无损伤针定位黏贴卡辅助下进行穿刺,比较两组一次性穿刺成功率、穿刺所用时长,并评估护士穿刺前的焦虑程度。结果护士干预组的操作护士一次穿刺成功率高于护士对照组,穿刺时长短于护士对照组、焦虑程度低于护士对照组(均P<0.05)。结论使用完全置入式输液港无损伤针定位黏贴卡进行完全置入式输液港穿刺,有助于提高护理人员的一次性穿刺成功率、减少穿刺时长及降低护士焦虑程度。Objective Explore the clinical application effect of fully inserted non-invasive needle positioning adhesive card for infusion port.Methods Ninety-six female breast cancer patients who were admitted to the Breast Surgery Department of our hospital from March to October 2022 and 96 nurses who had been working in our hospital for 1 year and had passed the training were selected to meet the inclusion criteria,and the patients were divided into the intervention group and the control group by the method of randomized numerical table,48 patients in each group;and the nurses were divided into the nurse intervention group and the nurse control group,48 nurses in each group.Nurses in the control group used the traditional puncture method to puncture the patients in the control group,while nurses in the intervention group punctured the patients in the intervention group with the assistance of the fully inserted infusion port non-invasive needle positioning adhesive card,comparing the success rate of the one-time puncture,the length of time used for puncture,and evaluating the nurses'pre-puncture anxiety level.Results The nurse intervention group had a higher rate of successful primary puncture,shorter duration of puncture,and lower anxiety than the nurse control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The use of non-invasive needle positioning adhesive cards for fully inserted infusion port puncture can help improve the success rate of one-time puncture for nursing staff,reduce puncture time,and reduce nurse anxiety.
