品管圈护理活动对降低肛肠科患者术后排便中的重度疼痛发生率的效果

摘　　要：目的分析品管圈护理活动对肛肠科患者术后排便中重度疼痛发生率的影响。方法病例选择为我院2023年4月至2023年12月肛肠科实施手术治疗的100例患者,采用随机数字表法实施分组,分成对照组(50例)和试验组(50例),分别实施常规护理以及品管圈护理活动,对比两组患者的术后并发症发生率、重度疼痛发生率以及住院时间,对比试验组品管圈护理活动实施前后护士的综合素质各项评分。结果试验组患者的术后并发症发生率、术后排便重度疼痛发生率均低于对照组(均P<0.05);和对照组患者住院时间的(7.96±1.74)d相比,试验组患者的住院时间(5.34±1.26)d更短(P<0.05);试验组品管圈实施后护士的思维拓展、积极性、团队精神、处理问题的能力、沟通与协调、对品管圈理念的认知水平等综合素质各项评分均高于实施前(均P<0.05)。结论品管圈护理活动在肛肠科患者术后的应用,有助于降低患者的术后并发症发生率以及排便过程中的重度疼痛发生率,缩短患者住院时间,并提升护士的综合素质。Objective To analyze the impact of quality control circle nursing activities on the incidence of moderate to severe pain in postoperative defecation in patients with anorectal diseases.Methods The cases were selected as 100 patients who underwent surgical treatment in the Department of Colorectal Surgery of our hospital from April 2023 to December 2023,and were divided into a control group(50 cases)and an experimental group(50 cases)using the randomized numerical table method to implement routine nursing care as well as QC circle nursing activities respectively.Compare the incidence of postoperative complications,incidence of severe pain,and length of hospitalization of the two groups of patients,and compare the scores of nurses'comprehensive quality before and after the implementation of the experimental group's QC circle nursing activities.Results The incidence of postoperative complications and the incidence of severe postoperative defecation pain were lower in the test group than in the control group(both P<0.05);and compared with the hospitalization time of(7.96±1.74)d in the control group,the hospitalization time in the test group was shorter(5.34±1.26)d(P<0.05);The scores of all the comprehensive qualities of the nurses after the implementation of the QC circle in the experimental group,such as the expansion of thinking,motivation,teamwork,the ability to deal with problems,communication and coordination,and the level of cognition of the concept of QC circle,were higher than those before the implementation(all P<0.05).Conclusions The application of quality control circle nursing activities in postoperative patients with anorectal diseases can help reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and severe pain during defecation,shorten patient hospitalization time,and improve the comprehensive quality of nurses.
