围手术期护理干预在微创经皮输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石老年患者中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探索肾结石老年患者开展微创经皮输尿管镜钬激光碎石术围手术期护理干预对于术后康复效果。方法研究以我院收治的微创经皮输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗的老年肾结石患者作为研究样本,样本量132例,时间线截取2021年1月—2023年9月,按照信封抽签方式将患者抽取为两组,对照组开展常规护理,观察组开展围手术期护理干预,观察各项指标变化。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、住院时间均短于对照组(均P<0.05);护理后,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分、VAS评分以及并发症发生率均低于对照组(均P<0.05);护理后观察组认知功能、躯体功能、社会功能、情绪功能等生活质量各项分值均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论老年肾结石微创经皮输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗开展围手术期护理干预效果显著,可以有效的降低手术创伤,为患者营造良好的康复环境,改善疼痛刺激,并减少患者术后并发症风险。Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing intervention of minimally invasive percutaneous ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy on postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with kidney stones.Methods Study in our hospital of minimally invasive percutaneous ureteroscope holmium laser lithotripsy treatment of elderly patients with kidney stones as a study sample,sample size of 132 cases,the time line in January 2021-September 2023,according to the envelope draw way patients with two groups,control group for routine care,observation group to perioperative nursing intervention,observe the change in the indicators.Results The operation time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative anal defecation time,and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(all P<0.05);after the nursing care,the SAS score,SDS score,VAS score,and the complication rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05);and after the nursing care,all the scores of the quality of life of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,including the scores of cognitive function,somatic function,social function,and emotional function(all P<0.05).Conclusions Minimally invasive percutaneous ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of elderly kidney stones has significant effect on perioperative nursing intervention,which can effectively reduce surgical trauma,create a good rehabilitation environment for patients,improve pain stimulation,and reduce the risk of postoperative complications of patients.
