孟鲁司特钠联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探究孟鲁司特钠与阿奇霉素在治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)中联合使用疗效。方法患者选取2022年11月至2023年10月期间本院收治的MPP患儿106例,以随机数字表法分组,每组53例。对照组阿奇霉素单药治疗,观察组治疗采取孟鲁司特钠联合阿奇霉素方案。比较两组临床疗效、不良反应、症状消失时间、肺功能指标及炎症因子水平。结果治疗后,观察组患儿临床疗效以及用力肺活量(FVC)、最大呼气峰流速(PEF)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))水平均高于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患儿C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、降钙素原(PCT)水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组患儿咳嗽消失时间、憋喘消失时间、啰音消失时间、退热时间均短于对照组(均P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率对比结果差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论对MPP患者进行治疗时使用孟鲁司特钠联合阿奇霉素有很好疗效,可以促进症状消失,改善肺功能,减轻炎症反应。Objective To investigate the efficacy of the combination of montelukast sodium and azithromycin in the treatment of pediatric Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP).Methods Patients were selected 106 children with MPP admitted to our hospital during November 2022-October 2023,and were grouped into 53 cases in each group by randomized numerical table method.Azithromycin monotherapy in the control group,the observation group treatment took montelukast sodium combined with azithromycin program.Compare the clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,symptom disappearance time,lung function indexes and inflammatory factors of the two groups.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the children in the observation group,as well as the levels of forceful lung volume(FVC),maximum peak expiratory flow rate(PEF),and forceful expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1))were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin 6(IL-6),and procalcitonin(PCT)of children in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05);the time for the disappearance of cough,the disappearance of wheezing,the disappearance of rales,and the time for the reduction of fever in children in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group(all P<0.05);and the differences in the incidence of adverse events between the observation group and the control group were not significant(P>0.05).Conclusions The use of montelukast sodium combined with azithromycin in the treatment of MPP patients has good efficacy,which can promote the disappearance of symptoms,improve lung function and reduce inflammatory reactions.
