摘　　要：本文通过对PDCA循环管理方法的理论研究和相关文献的检索查阅,PDCA循环管理方法在手术室器械和物品质量管理、无菌技术使用以及操作、手术室安全、护理工作人员素质等方面中存在的问题有很好的应用。同时总结了手术室医护人员和患者满意度、新护理专业学生培训情况,PDCA循环管理方法在手术室质量管理中的应用进展,指出了目前面临的问题和对未来研究方向的展望。After the theoretical study of PDCA cycle management method and the search and review of related literature,PDCA cycle management method has a good application in the quality management of instruments and articles in the operating room,the use of aseptic technique and the problems in the operation,safety in the operating room,and the quality of nursing staff.This paper summarises the satisfaction of medical and nursing staff and patients in the operating room,the training of new nursing students,the progress of the application of the PDCA cycle management method in the quality management of the operating room,and points out the current problems faced and the outlook on the future direction of research.
