综合护理干预对社区门诊超声雾化吸入疗效的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨综合护理干预对社区门诊超声雾化吸入疗效的应用价值。方法选取2022年10月至2023年10月社区门诊超声雾化吸入患儿90例,将所有研究对象均分为观察组和对照组,每组内均有45例。对照组开展常规护理,观察组开展综合护理干预。结果观察组总有效率95.65%明显高于对照组80.43%(P<0.05);观察组依从度95.56%较对照组82.22%高(P<0.05);观察组肺部啰音、咳嗽和气喘消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预应用于社区门诊超声雾化吸入中可提高疗效,增强治疗依从性,促进临床症状消失,减轻负性情绪,值得应用推广。Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention on the therapeutic effect of community outpatient ultrasonic atomization inhalation.Methods A total of 90 patients with ultrasonic atomization inhalation in community outpatient clinics from October 2022 to October 2023 were randomly divided into research set and compare set,each with 45 patients.The compare set carry out routine nursing,and the research set carry out comprehensive nursing intervention.Results The total effective rate of research set was 95.65%more than that of compare set 80.43%(P<0.05).The compliance of research set was 95.56%more than the compare set 82.22%(P<0.05).The disappearance time of lung rales,cough and asthma in research set was less than the compare set(P<0.05).After intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the research set were lower than those of the compare set(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in community outpatient ultrasonic nebulization can improve the curative effect,enhance the treatment compliance,promote the disappearance of clinical symptoms,reduce negative emotions,and is worthy of application and promotion.
