摘　　要：目的研究PDCA循环管理在出院病案管理中的应用方法与效果。方法选取本院2020年2月至2021年2月间接收的患者中的200例进行收集出院档案资料并采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组100例常规出院档案管理,观察组100例应用PDCA循环管理出院病案。比较两组患者出院病案完整率,出院2 d、3 d以及7 d病案回收率,出院病案管理质量评分以及患者对出院病案管理的总满意度。结果观察组患者出院病案完整率,出院2 d、3 d以及7 d病案回收率,出院病案管理质量评分以及患者对出院病案管理的总满意度均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论医院应用PDCA循环管理方法对患者的出院病案进行管理,可有效提高出院病案的完整性,保证病案回收的效率,提高医院病案管理质量,提高患者对医院病案管理的满意度。Objective To study the application method and effect of PDCA cycle management in discharge medical record management.Methods Select 200 cases from the patients admitted to our hospital between February 2020 and February 2021,collect their discharge medical records,and divide them into two groups using the method of random number tables,100 cases of the control group were routinely discharged file management,and 100 cases of the observation group were discharged case management by applying the PDCA cycle.The two groups were compared in terms of the completeness rate of discharge files,the recovery rate of discharge files at 2 d,3 d and 7 d,the quality score of discharge file management and the total satisfaction of patients with the management of discharge files.Results The observation group had a higher rate of complete discharge cases,a higher rate of case recovery at 2 d,3 d,and 7 d of discharge,a higher quality score for discharge case management,and a higher overall patient satisfaction with discharge case management than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions PDCA cycle management in hospital can effectively improve the integrity of discharged medical records,ensure the efficiency of medical records recovery,improve the quality of hospital medical records management,and improve patients'satisfaction with hospital medical records management,which is worthy of promotion.
