住院医师规范化培训学员对思想政治教育的认知及满意度调查

摘　　要：目的调查研究住院医师规范化培训学员对思想政治(思政)教育的认知及满意度。方法住院医师对本院住院部在2020年1月至2023年6月接收182名学员进行问卷调查,及时了解其个人基本信息、对思政教育的认知及满意度,根据所了解信息进行具体数据分析。结果182名学员中有179名学员配合完成问卷调查,问卷调查结果显示学员对住院医师规范化培训开展思政教育的必要性、帮助性以及是否能引发自身在培训后对有关方面的思考等认知均有较高水平(均P<0.05);多数学员对思政教育正确价值性的认同人数占比均高于85.00%;学员对以老师为主导讲学、典型案例分享、讨论式教学、日常医疗过程中言传身教以及参与式教学等教育方式认可度均超过75.00%;学员对进行思政教育的满意度超过85.00%。结论住院医师规范化培训学员对思政教育的认知度及满意度均明显较高,后续还需不断加大对其重视度与研究力度。Objective A survey to study residents'knowledge and satisfaction with ideological and political(civic)education in standardized residency training.Methods Resident doctors conducted a questionnaire survey on 182 students received by the inpatient department of our hospital from January 2020 to June 2023,to timely understand their personal basic information,cognition and satisfaction with ideological and political education,and conducted specific data analysis according to the information.Results Of the 182 trainees,179 trainees cooperated in completing the questionnaire,and the results of the questionnaire showed that the trainees'perceptions of the necessity and helpfulness of conducting civic education in standardized residency training,as well as whether or not it could stimulate their own thinking about the relevant aspects after the training were all at a high level(all P<0.05).Most of the trainees agree with the correct value of Civic and Political Education in a percentage higher than 85.00%;the trainees'recognition of educational methods such as teacher-led lectures,sharing of typical cases,discussion-type teaching,teaching by words and example in the process of daily medical care and participatory teaching are all more than 75.00%;and the trainees'satisfaction with the conduct of Civic and Political Education is more than 85.00%.Conclusions The students of standardized training of resident doctors have a higher degree of awareness and satisfaction of ideological and political education,and further attention and research should be strengthened.
