中药贴敷联合子午流注治疗对急性腰椎间盘突出症疼痛的护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨中药贴敷联合子午流注治疗对急性腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)疼痛的护理体会。方法筛选东莞市东城医院疼痛科收治的100例LDH患者,时间范围2021年10月至2023年9月,随机将其分为对照组(中药贴敷治疗)和观察组(中药贴敷联合子午流注治疗),各50例,对治疗效果展开对比,并总结护理体会。结果观察组治疗有效率、JOA评分以及腰椎前屈、后伸、左侧屈、右侧屈活动度均高于对照组,VAS评分、ODI评分及中医症状评分低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论予以LDH疼痛患者中药贴敷联合子午流注治疗,配合恰当的护理干预,可起到减轻疼痛症状、促进腰椎功能恢复、提升整体治疗效果的作用。Objective To explore the nursing experience of treating acute lumbar disc herniation(LDH)pain by applying traditional Chinese medicine combined with meridian injection.Methods 100 cases of LDH patients admitted to the Pain Department of Dongguan Dongcheng Hospital were screened.The time range was from October 2021 to September 2023,and they were randomly divided into control group(Chinese medicine application therapy)and observation group(Chinese medicine application combined with meridian flow therapy),with 50 cases in each group.The therapeutic effects were compared and the nursing experience was summarized.Results The treatment efficiency,JOA score,and lumbar anterior flexion,posterior extension,left lateral flexion,and right lateral flexion mobility of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the VAS score,ODI score,and TCM symptom score were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Treating LDH patients with pain by applying traditional Chinese medicine combined with meridian flow injection,combined with appropriate nursing intervention,can play a role in alleviating pain symptoms,promoting the recovery of lumbar function and improving the overall therapeutic effect.
