摘　　要：通过调查漳州地区“坐月子”文化和习俗,分析以漳州为代表的闽南“坐月子”文化和习俗产生的时代背景和社会根源。用中医视角对闽南“坐月子”文化和习俗进行深入剖析,为其找到中医理论依据,并通过对其优缺点的分析,让更多的人更清晰地了解闽南的“月子”文化和习俗,让有地方特色的传统闽南“月子”文化和习俗能够得到科学、合理的继承和发展,也能在传承中摒弃不合理因素,让更多的闽南人免受其害。By investigating the culture and customs of confinement in childbirth in Zhangzhou area,this paper analyzed the historical background and social origin of the culture and customs of confinement in childbirth in southern Fujian represented by Zhangzhou.In-depth analysis of it from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper found the theoretical basis of it.And through the analysis of its advantages and disadvantages,the article made more people understand it in Southern Fujian more clearly,so that the traditional culture and customs of confinement in childbirth in Southern Fujian with local characteristics can be scientifically and rationally inherited and developed,and unreasonable factors can be abandoned in the inheritance,so that more people in southern Fujian can be protected from it.
